    Gaurav founded CoReal in 2019, bringing with him over 25 years of experience in the real estate sector, including more than two decades in the Middle East. His expertise spans investments, fundraising, advisory, and operations across mid- to large-scale projects.
    Over the course of his career, Gaurav has been involved in transactions exceeding US$ 3.5 billion, including debt structuring, sale and leasebacks, and build-to-suit developments across the GCC. In addition, he spearheaded the conceptualization, structuring, and fundraising of three pan-GCC real estate funds, raising over US$ 500 million in combined corpus.
    Since founding CoReal, Gaurav has successfully closed transactions worth over US$ 750 million across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the United States. Prior to CoReal, he spent 17 years with JLL, where he led the firm’s advisory, corporate finance, and capital markets practices in the Middle East.
    Gaurav holds an MBA from the Cornell-ESSEC program with a specialization in Real Estate Finance.

    Ross has 18 years’ experience in the UAE and GCC real estate markets. His broad experience in valuation, development advisory, transactions and asset management has seen him involved across the full real estate life-cycle.
    He has led mandates for major investors, financiers, developers and corporates, advising on notable large-scale financing mandates including the largest real estate IPO in Dubai ($47 billion) and company merger in Abu Dhabi ($12.5 billion).
    Ross’ asset management experience seen him responsible for a $100 million revenue budget across office, retail, education and residential assets.
    His experience has created a deep understanding of what drives asset value, with a proven track record of delivering income growth across portfolios.
